These awards are for International Students only (i.e. non-EU Countries) who pay tuition fees at the rate for International Students. The Award is valued as the difference between the tuition fee for a Home Student (UK or EU) postgraduate research student and the fee chargeable to an international postgraduate research student. Awards are granted on a competitive basis to overseas postgraduate students of outstanding merit and research potential.
